This replacement band was the perfect fit to replace the old one.
This is a nice watch for younger kids. This is excellent if you want to have a way to be in touch with your kids, without exposing them to internet or giving them access to time consuming apps. The school mode feature is excellent. The only thing we are missing is a video call feature. Other than that, very good watch.
We started off with the XG03 when my daughter started kindergarten. I was terrified to not have her with me so in order to calm my nerves I got it. It lasted her two years! We had to get her a new watch this year as a 2nd grader due to the watch not charging anymore but it was the old plug in charger.
We tried a week with the Gizmo from Verizon since we have plans there we thought it would be better. Turns out the watch died before she was even half way through school!
Long story short we ended up getting the newer version of the XG03 and it doesn’t disappoint!

Had a problem with our older generation watch not booting. The rep was awesome troubleshooting and sending a replacement. The new watch is a current gen also!!! Thank you for the quick responses also!!! Great experience!
My daughter had A kids watch from T-Mobile for a couple of years and it was all right, but we saw the Xplora Kids watch and the fact that we could use the SIM card from T-Mobile right in the watch we decided to give it a try, and it is has been great !
Also the customer service at Xplora is equally as good as their product .
My only recommendation would be to not have the United States post office deliver the item instead pay a little extra for FedEx or UPS as that was our only issue

Watch Strap (X6Play) What I love most is that they are well designed and they clip into place within seconds. It was not complex or hard at all. They are good quality and I appreciate the fast-ish shipping during the holiday rush.
It was very easy to set up and easier for her to use. I love that I can see where she is at, at all times.
We got this watch because we weren’t ready to provide our child with a phone or Apple Watch. We have been using it for 5 months now and We absolutely love the Xplora watch. It’s great for our family when we travel. You can set the watch to create a safety zone, so when your child leaves that area, it’ll alert you! Although, there’s no ability for my child to text, the voice message does the job. Personally, I love hearing by my child’s voice over a text message. There is also a fun gaming feature. When your child walk a 1,000 steps, they earn a coin towards a gaming feature. My child loves to get their steps in and earn coins! I had to reach out to the customer service a couple of times because of my own goof ups but they responded quickly! We recommend any parent to get this watch for their children, for peace of mind and satisfy their child’s need for a fun communication device.
Once we figured out which provider we needed the watch works GREAT! It definitely gives me peace of mind and my son the freedom he craves.

We purchased for my sons 10th birthday as an alternative to a cell phone. We needed something for communication but we’re not comfortable with a phone just yet and the watch has been the perfect fill in. We are able to make and receive messages and calls, track gps location and more from the Xplora app. The app is very customizable with contacts, alarms and school mode, and the safety features have given us total peace of mind. Overall the watch has been a great choice for this big kid-pre teen age.
Bought for my 3 year old when it was on sale for $6.47 and I wish I would’ve told my sister and mom sooner so they could’ve got the deal too!!!

We've been loving this watch for our 11 yo as he explores our neighborhood, rides bikes with friends and is at neighbor's homes. The text and call options have been great, and we like that there's a GPS feature. We also really like how we control the contacts within his watch - super important for us. It's been a great addition for him since we're not looking to do cell phones any time soon.
