How to login and update your subscription
1. Go to the Activation Page
Use the same page you used when setting up your watch.
2. Enter your IMEI number
Enter your IMEI number which can be found on the back of the watch and click "Go".
3. Login
Scroll to the bottom and click “Login”.
Enter your email to receive a one-time code and access your subscription.
Reset your password
We will send you an email to reset your password

To access the Activity Platform login using your Xplora App account.
