APN SETTINGS

The The Access Point Name (APN), Mobile Country Code (MCC) and Mobile Network Code (MNC) define the network path for all cellular-data connectivity. This usually happens automatically but if it does not work please either watch the video or follow the instructions below.

Step 1
Contact your network for the APN settings for your SIM card

Turn on the Xplora watch by pressing the top right power button

Contact your network for the APN. MCC and MNC settings for your SIM card

Turn on the XGO2 smartwatch by pressing the bottom right power button

Swipe right and tap “Setting”

From the Setting menu, scroll down and select “APN”

Scroll down and tap 'More Settings'

Tap on the “Plus” icon in the top right

Tap ‘Options’ and ‘New APN’

Using the soft keypad enter the relevant “APN name”

Tap the “Enter’ icon in the bottom right

Enter the “MCC”

Tap the “Enter” icon in the bottom right

Using the soft keypad enter the relevant information.

Tap the “Done’ icon in the bottom right

Do this for all the places you have APN info.

(This will depend on your provider)

When the information looks correct, tap ‘Options’, and ‘Save’

Enter the “MNC”
