Shipping Costs
Smart Watches and Watch Replacements:
- Free Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Automatically applied to all smart watches and watch replacements.
- 2-Day Express Shipping (2 business days): Available for $9.99 unless otherwise advertised during a promotional period.
Other Xplora Products:
- Free standard shipping is included on Shop.myxplora.com orders with a subtotal value of $25 or greater, after any promotion or discount is applied.
- A shipping fee of $4.99 is applied to orders under $25.
- Express Shipping (2 business days): $9.99 for all orders, regardless of total.
Shipping costs vary if shipping outside the continental U.S. and may include additional duties, customs fees, or brokerage fees to be paid by the customer.
Where We Ship
We ship online purchases made at Shop.myxplora.com only to addresses in the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. If you are outside the United States, please visit one of our international pages.
Xplora restricts carriers from rerouting packages. The shipping address provided at checkout is where your order will be delivered.
Order Cut-Off and Dispatch
- Orders placed before 12:00 noon EST will be dispatched the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 noon EST will ship the next business day.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
XPLORA TECHNOLOGIES ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY FOR NEW PRODUCTS
This is a voluntary manufacturer's warranty. It provides rights separate to rights provided by consumer law, including, but not limited to, those relating to non-conforming goods. Our limited warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law.
WHO IS COVERED?
Xplora extends this limited product warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased the Product. It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the Product.
WHAT IS COVERED AND FOR HOW LONG?
Xplora Technologies (“Xplora”) warrants that the Xplora-branded products and accessories included in the packaging with the product (“Product”) shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of One (1) Year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace the Product.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
Warranty shall not be valid if during the receiving, analysis, or repair of the Product, it is determined that the Product has:
- Any customer-induced damage (cosmetic damage) such as scratches and dents;
- Been serviced, altered, refurbished, or modified by anyone who is not authorized by Xplora;
In addition, this Limited Warranty does not apply to damage or defects caused by:
- Use with non-Xplora products;
- Transportation or storage;
- Accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes;
- Normal wear and tear or aging of the Product such as discoloration or stretching;
- Operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Xplora;
- Improper voltage or power supply.
This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts such as batteries unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship. Xplora limits the duration and remedies of all implied warranties, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the duration of this express limited warranty.
WHAT WILL XPLORA DO?
If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any Xplora product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Xplora will:
- Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts; or
- Replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product that is at least functionally equivalent to the product it replaces.

To obtain warranty service, contact Xplora directly via email at support@myxplora.com. Proof of purchase shall be required to verify eligibility.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by you for the defective Product, nor shall Xplora under any circumstances be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect.
No data added to your Product will be reinstalled. Some or all of the contents may be deleted or reformatted during the Warranty service.
Xplora reserves the right to change the method by which Xplora provides warranty service to you. Service will be limited to the options available in the country where service is requested. Service options, parts availability, and response times may vary according to country.
This warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of the country in which the product purchase took place.
